Aluminum/Carbon Fiber Main Frame - BLADE 180 CFX

The design of the Aluminum/Carbon Fiber Main Frame was to optimize for rigidity, stability, durability, & overall performance of the Blade 180 CFX helicopter. It is compatible & easily replaced the stock frame parts.
The new upgraded product consists of incredibly strong Carbon Fiber plates, held together by the Aluminum parts & posts. With the combination of Aluminum 7075, Aluminum 6061-T6 & Carbon Fiber materials will form the most rigid block & far superior than the stock. This results in maximum stability & long-term durability.

The new design featured:
-The Aluminum Tail Boom/Servo Mount: Brings the best tail control performance, CNC machined from Aluminum material for a rigid platform & firm hold of Tail Boom. The Aluminum Servo Mount Support can be removed and replaced with the Aluminum Tail Servo Mount (Product Code: MH-18FX021) for better tail control authority & higher center gravity on the Blade 180 CFX helicopter (Product Code: MH-18FX005M).
-The 7075 Aluminum Main Shaft Bearing Block: Optimized for rigidity, stability & durability, utilized more powerful & thicker Radial Bearings than the stock ones (Product Code: MH-18FX005MB).
-The 7075 Aluminum Bottom Frame: Prevents unwanted Receiver loosening during flight when setting up on the stock plastic bottom frame (Product Code: MH-18FX005BF).
-The 7075 Aluminum Battery Tray: Prevents unwanted Battery and ECS loosening during flight when setting up on the stock plastic battery tray (Product Code: MH-18FX005BT).
-The Carbon Fiber Main Frame set: Prevents the side frame deflection, yields an accurate & crisp flight feeling for all flying styles. We also made the space where the battery is mounted larger, to allow you to use longer & thicker battery sizes, due to the Carbon Fiber Main Frame set design gives more tilt angle of 10 degrees than the stock main frame set (Product Code: MH-18FX005MF).
-The Aluminum Canopy Mount set: CNC Aluminum material which brings a rigid platform and firm hold of canopy, direct-replacement of the stock plastic (Product Code: MH-18FX005CM).
-The Aluminum/Carbon Fiber Anti-Rotation Guide set: machined with precise CNC tolerances from Aluminum, Carbon Fiber & Delrin material to gain the best precision. With an extra trench at the bottom of aluminum anti-rotation bracket specifically designed for keeping the Aluminum/Carbon Fiber Anti-Rotation Guide set very close to the Main Bearing Block to dramatically increase anti-rotation efficiency. In addition, delrin slide trench of anti-rotation bushing helps to prevent wear & tear for long time use (Product Code: MH-18FX011).
